IMPORTANT: Documents you need to have available before you start your registration:

  • Coggins & Vaccine records for all horses - If your current Coggins or vaccine record will expire before the event date, include them in your registration anyway so that you can submit it, but send an email to the Secretary (ElkCreekSecretary@gmail.com) to let her know you will foward new records later. After you have the new records, use the button below to submit them:

  • ADS Membership card, if you are an ADS member

  • Measurement card, if applicable

  • ADS Dispensation Certificate, if applicable

  • ADS Safety Checklist (download, print, fill out)

During the registration process, you will be given the option to either upload these documents from your computer/tablet/phone or take a photo of a paper copy (using your device’s camera).

*** You will NOT be able to submit your entry if these documents are not available while filling out the online entry form. ***

COMPETING IN BOTH THE CT & DT?

You will need to register separately for each.

When you register for the CT,

you’ll see a $25 discount off the CT fee.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

The total amount due to be paid will be included in the registration confirmation email from the registration system (from “elkcreeksecretary@gmail.com”). To pay online, click on the button below. After paying online you will receive a payment confirmation email - please forward this to the Secretary (Debby Donovan) at ElkCreekSecretary@gmail.com to let us know you have paid.

To pay by check, make the check payable to "Fair Hill International, Inc." and mail to the Secretary: Debby Donovan, 47 Quaker Neck Rd, Salem, NJ 08079. It would be helpful if you email the Secretary (ElkCreekSecretary@gmail.com) to let her know to expect your check in the mail.

WAIVER FORMS

Ask your navigator, grooms, and anyone else who will be riding on your carriage at any time to click on the button below to sign the waiver forms.

Note: These waivers are submitted separately from your registration. As the competitor, you will be asked to sign these forms during your registration.

NEED TO SUBMIT UPDATED COGGINS/VACCINE DOCUMENTS?

If the Coggins or vaccine documents you submitted with your registration are going to expire before the event, click on the button below to submit new documents.

After submitting the registration form, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the Secretary (from “elkcreeksecretary@gmail.com”) containing a PDF of your entry form, a PDF of your stabling/camping reservations, and a PDF of your signed waivers.
