Documents that must accompany registration:
Note: If you have already submitted any of these documents for a prior BVDC event in 2026, you do not need to re-submit (however, remember that everyone in your group must sign the waivers). CLICK HERE to confirm which documents we already have for you.
• For each equine:
Copy of current negative Coggins test (within one year) and Flu/Rhino documentation (within 6 months) per ADS rule GR-6.3
• Signed BVDC Release for each person
Everyone in your group must sign this (you can use one form for all signatures). CLICK HERE to download the form so you can print it.
