Note: If you are competing with more than 1 equine entry, please submit multiple registrations.

Documents that must accompany registration:

Note: If you have already submitted any of these documents for a prior BVDC event in 2024, you do not need to re-submit (however, remember that everyone in your group must sign the waivers). CLICK HERE to confirm which documents we already have for you.

For each equine:

Copy of current negative Coggins test (within one year) and Flu/Rhino documentation (within 6 months) per ADS rule GR-6.3

Signed Club Release - Sign either BVDC or SJCC waiver.

For BVDC MEMBERS: Everyone in your group must sign this (you can use one form for all signatures). CLICK HERE to download the form so you can print it.

For SJCC MEMBERS OR IF YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER OF EITHER CLUB: Everyone in your group must sign this (you can use one form for all signatures). CLICK HERE to download the form so you can print it.

All classes are $20 each

Hospitality Tent Lunch is $10 per person

How to use the PAYPAL Buttons for classes

Scroll down to your Division. Select each class one at a time from the dropdown and ADD it to your CART.

When you see the PayPal screen, click on “Continue Shopping” in upper right-hand corner to come back here and select add’l classes to add to your cart.

To see which classes you already added to your cart, click on the “More” under the Item Descriptions column.

When you have added all your classes to your cart, then do the checkout to pay the total amount which will be automatically calculated for you.
