Documents that must accompany registration:

Copy of current negative Coggins test (within one year) and Flu/Rhino vaccine documentation (within 6 months) per ADS rule GR-6.3

Signed BVDC Waiver - Everyone in your group must sign this. CLICK HERE to download the form so you can print it.

Note: If your current Coggins is still valid from 2024 or if you have already submitted your 2025 documents earlier this year, you do not have to re-submit.
